    Carlos came and repainted my Condo. The process was easy and Carlos is very knowledgeable and not just painting but has some great handyman skills too. Which can come in handy on projects.     I had a great experience with Pro's Painting and Handyman Services! I was calling to get quotes and see time availability. When I spoke to Carlos I like what I heard and could tell he was very knowledgeable. He came out and I showed him the 4 rooms I need painted and new cabinets in the kitchen as well.     My go to contractor for any minor home improvement, from a repairing a leak, to sheetrock, to building my kids a full blown tree house, it only made sense to hire the best and have Carlos and team for transform my unfinished basement into a real one bedroom apartment. They added a full size kitchen and bathroom and created a bedroom and living room space for my parents!! They were prompt, professional and reliable, my neighbors often asked me how I got so lucky to have my contractors actually working EVERY day.     I have known Carlos for over 15 years! He has done so much to help me and my family over the years including cabinet installations, handyman work, painting, locating specialists and providing cleaning services. There was nothing he would say no to and he would always follow up to make certain things got done to our satisfaction. He is incredibly reliable and trustworthy. Our biggest regret was that he moved away - things haven't been the same since he left! I would highly recommend hiring him. He is very resourceful, quite talented and a tremendous person.     Carlos Ortiz is a treasure. We were sure we would need to have our old rotting deck rebuilt from scratch but Carlos was able to restore it beautifully for a fraction of what rebuilding would cost. He installed a new sliding glass door, installed air conditioners, and did various repairs. He seems to know everything about anything to do with home maintenance. He has a great sense of humor and is truly a genuinely nice guy and a pleasure to have at our home. See more See less
